Distance Learning Student Orientation Webinar
April 4, 2019, 11 am to 1 pm EST (10 am to 12 pm CST)

This webinar will explain to new online students how to access the Distance Learning platform, your courses, important help desk access and contact information, and LMS training information, how to complete course assignments, what constitutes attending and attendance, contact information of instructors, attending live lectures, available tutoring, proctored final exams, available College services, view grades, available College support and services, and much more! You will meet the President of the College, Director of College Programs, DL Coordinator, College Services, and your instructors. The “What can we do for you?” New Distance Learning Student Webinar is an opportunity to learn about the college’s resources and many services that are available. You’ll hear honest advice that will help you succeed as an online student. Have a question? The webinar will feature multiple Q&A opportunities for you to ask questions. (Distance Learning instructors are highly recommended to attend this event to support their new students.) All new students are required to attend.
